Shopping ...score!
Just got back from a week of visiting family and brought home a whole suitcase of clothing which doesn't fit yet. Mom has an amazing Goodwill nearby where many of the items still have tags. Everything I bought was either an XL or a L. I can squeeze into the XLs and I have confidence that within a few months, they will fit. If not, well, I got 18 pieces of clothing for $59.00! Wish our locl goodwill and thrift stores had such high quality merchandise but they just don't.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
