I need help. Since 6:00 am I have felt really sick. Cramping, shaking, dry heaving and diarrhea. I am also VERY weak. I'm just about 11 months out and have not felt like this before, unless I had a virus or something. I don't have a fever, no aches and pains, just the above symptoms. I checked my BS this morning due to the shakiness and it was 92. Is that a title high for a waking blood sugar? The only thing I know that I did different yesterday was last night I ate popcorn. I've had it two other times, but I did eat more than I should've. Am I somehow reacting too that?

please if anyone has any ideas as to what this could be let me know. Also any suggestions on feeling better? I was able to get my protein shake in this morning, but it was very difficult. As for eating, just thinking about makes me wanna get sick. Please help!

92 is maybe a tiny bit high for a waking blood sugar - I think something like 80 to 90 is typical.  It's not so high that I'd be real worried, though, and I can't imagine it's causing your symptoms.  Sounds like you have a stomach virus or possibly food poisoning.  I would just focus on staying hydrated today and if you develop a fever or symptoms seem to be getting worse or you think you are dehydrated, go see your PCP.

Yes, sounds like a virus to me. Try and stay hydrated. Clear liquids today and advance as tolerated. Call your dr if things get worse.
