So Thankful Today! <3
Today I start my new job working with snakes (I know, not everyone's cup of tea, but a huge passion for me) and I couldn't be more excited. I can't help but to be grateful for my surgery because 130 lbs ago, not only would I have not been able to physically do the job, but emotionally, I wouldn't have even put myself out there to GET the job. It's a pretty amazing feeling. This surgery has done so much for me already and I still have such a long way to go!
Also - yesterday I bought my first pair of jeans that were NOT from the plus size department. I still felt like everyone was looking at me as I wandered through the "normal" section. But, I found the jeans, tried them on and they fit. They even had just a little bit of room. Granted, it is the biggest size in the regular section, but the regular section nonetheless! LOL

I am glad there are those that DO want to work with snakes because they squick me out. So double yay for you! :)
HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
Thanks- lol me too!
