im three and a half almost 4 months from surgery and i have finally passed my stall but now it seems like i hit another! AHHHH going freaking crazy but i am happy to say i have lost 108 lbs. Now if this scale would keep moving that would be great stalls are probably the most frustrating thing ever. just needed to rant for a minute

ive had a bunch of stalls where i wont loose any weight for a week or two or even three and then ill loose a lot and then it will slow down again, so frustrating

I totally agree. 100% of that loss was post-op? I cannot see how you have ever had a stall. I am 50 lbs down at 10 weeks and my surgeon thinks I am doing awesome! I cannot imagine being down twice this much 6 weeks from now with even a day of not losing.

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
