6 Months out............

And doing great!!!   I'm down a total of 86 pounds, 74 since my surgery.  I could not be more pleased!!  My 6 month follow up with the doctor was great, my labs are all good!!!  I sat down with the NUT and she helped me out a ton.   My personal goal is to lose another 40 in the next 6 months.  I feel I would be happy with my weight at 170!!  BUT........who knows where I'll end up!!

I feel so good!!!
