Replying/sending a message

I'm trying to reply to a private message and it won't allow me to write anything in the body of the message.  Does anyone know why this would happen?  and how to make it work?

Hi Dawn,

We're sorry to hear you are having trouble replying to a PM.  Make sure that you are logged in to your OH account.  If you are and you're still having trouble, please send us a screen shot to [email protected] so we can assist you more and do some trouble-shooting.
 

 go to upper right to My account, click, go to  settings, then top tabs to message board, click then  scroll down to default editor, yours probably says editor HTML # ! , change it to HTML #2 and then hit save, :)

Thank you both for replying.   I changed my HTML setting to #2 and VOILA!  I'm in business.
