Follow up on xpost about possible kidney stones

I have been having severe lower left quadrant pain for almost a month. I saw my surgeon for my 12 month post op rny and discussed it with him and he said it sounds like I need to see my gyn. So I saw my gyn and she gave me birth control to take. Mind you she didn't do any kind of exam,she barely even came in the room! That appt was barely 5 minutes. I left there unhappy and decided to see my pcp who ordered an ultrasound of my abdomen. I just got the results and it shows I have quite a few ovarian cysts but I also have "free fluid within the gallbladder fossa of uncertain clinical significance" does anybody know what that means? Should I be concerned? I had my gallbladder removed 16 years ago.
