I just received my sample packs of 10 different flavors of the nectar protein powder. I'm hoping to waste as little as possible. I know I've read post in the past with some pretty interesting mixes. I would love some simple ideas. Are they nasty with jus****er?? I've been struggling with other brands of protein and I need to find a few things I can tolerate, thank you

I mix all my protein with water. The Nectar ones are fine with jus****er. I think the reason people perfer them is because they taste better than other brands. I mix the vanilla ones with water and sometimes add some sf torani syrups with them to change up the taste.  I don't like any of the chocolate ones. I have tried tons of them and none of them taste like chocolate. I have added sf hersheys to some of the vanilla ones before with ok results. I think you'll be surprised at the taste of the Nectar. They are really good for protein in my opinion.  Best wishes on your journey :)

I mix mine with skim milk, it adds another 8 grams of protein and taste great.  I haven't tried the lemonade yet but will  try it with water.

I just mix mine with straigh****er and I love them! They are the one protein powder I've found where I didn't have to "doctor" them up. :)

I mix the fuzzy navel, lemonade, and grapefruit with water then I add some crystal light too. It seems to help mask the protein powder taste some.

I mix the chocolate truffle one with ice, a little water and the rest lowfat vanilla soy milk and I love it chocolaty so I add a teaspoon of Hersheys dark cocoa (sf) to it. Fuzzy Navel I mix with the same LF vanilla soy milk, and, ice and it tastes like a creamsicle. Vanilla bean I mix the same with LF vanilla soy milk and ice.  Nectar tastes great!  No after taste.

Sounds good. These sample packs are only 1oz of powder, how much soy milk and ice do you suggest?

I love the chocolate truffle from syntrax nectar sweets. I mix it with fat free milk for the added protein. Something else that makes the shakes more tolerable to me is throwing them in the ice cream maker and turning them into protein ice cream. Yummy!
