3 days out from surgery and still in hospital

Well this recovery has sure been hard and not expected. I had to get 4 surgeries in one including holes in my diaphragm, a big hernia (no clue I had any of this) bypass and gallbladder removed. It's been hell but worth it. Going home today :)

The first week was the hardest but each day I felt a little stronger and more in control. It will get better in time.

Gee whiz, you have had quite the start! It only gets better from here!!

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
