Reactive Hypoglycemia after Gastric Bypass Surgery

So I got a diagnosis yesterday to these weird episodes I had been having when my blood sugar dropped after eating a high carb meal. I wrote a post about it on my blog HERE if you would like to read my story.

I would love to hear from others who may also experience this same thing and how you handle it.

I handle it by limiting the starchy carbs I eat, by eating some protein with almost every meal/snack, and eating every three hours or so.  I eat a high protein snack right before bed to prevent low blood sugar during the nigh.

I know I am making a lot of changes now that I know what it is and no more carb meals alone for me anymore.
