BMI update

When I started this journey my BMI was 53.5 which meant I was SUPER MORBID OBESE. Not just morbidly obese – but SUPER morbidly obese. I remember my doctor apologizing to me for having to use those words.

Today my BMI is 31.9 and I am officially just OBESE! What’s more – just 12 more pounds and I will NO LONGER BE OBESE! Therefore, starting today, my goal is to lose 12 pounds by Christmas! As this Saturday marks my 1 year anniversary (surgerversery) it should be an easy enough goal to meet!

I am no longer defined, by the wreckage behind!
