For those who are over 2 years out from RNY...what do you plan to eat today?

Me...coffee for breakfast beverage along with a medium sized banana
Lunch: tomato soup (maybe a few crackers)
Afternoon snack: (not sure just yet)
Dinner: Homemade chili with a salad
Evening Snack: (not sure just yet)...but something healthy for sure

Oh & since the weather is supposed to be soooo nice today where I'm at--I'll get in 2 miles during the 2 breaks I get today at work and hope to walk an additional 4 miles when I get home from work.

I'll eat around 1800 calories with around 100 grams of protein and 100 grams carbs. This is what works for me at 5 years out.

At 6 years out, I don't usually plan meals ahead for the entire day... I just eat my "go to" items for breakfast and snacks and then base lunch and dinner on what sounds good at the time.  With my team (Go Broncos!) playing a hated division rival (my brother's Raiders, LOL) on MNF tonight, though, I had to plan the meals for the day in order to be able to splurge during the game and still not go completely overboard on the calories.

B - SF hot chocolate with protein powder

S1 - Greek yogurt and half a banana

L- leftover cashew chicken (no rice)

S2 - probably cheese and a couple of whole grain crackers

D - Greek yogurt.

S3 - completely yummy and unhealthy football snacks and one adult beverage  broken heart

Breakfast - protein shake

Snack (in the car on the way to the dog park) - protein bar

Lunch - Greek yogurt (with sugar free cheesecake pudding mix, topped with no sugar added cherry pie filling)

Snack - it's hard to think that far ahead, maybe some fresh fruit

Dinner - I'm thinking soup since it's kind of chilly out, maybe tomato soup with some shredded cheddar cheese in it

Snack - almonds or cheese

You know... I've been considering trying the mix of Greek yogurt with the SF Cheesecake pudding mix. How much mix do you add to the your greek yogurt? Do you do a specific amount of just toss some in and roll with it?

For 225 grams of yogurt (I weigh my yogurt, but it is about 1 cup). I use half of a small package of pudding mix (2 servings).

I ran out this weekend and bought stuff to make the yogurt/cheesecake.  I can't wait to put it all together.  Typically how long will the yogurt/cheesecake last in the fridge (probably the same as the date on the container of yogurt I am assuming...).  Thrn you add the whip cream, graham sprinkles and cherry pie filling at each serving...  YUM!
