I have had no problem with any food until today that is. I am 7 weeks out and my plan calls for the regular low cal diet. So I tried doing some deli chicken on an English muffin. Whoa! Thought I was going to die for a few minutes. Don't think I will try that again. Its time for dinner and my stomach still isn't right. Might be a night for going back to a protein shake.
Breads and muffins do not sit well with me still, and I'm over a year out. Occasionally if I need to have a bread product I'll toast up a half of those sandwich thins. It gets crispy and then I'm okay, but any soft bread and I'm not a happy camper.
