Drink List from Doctor!!!
Ice tea or hot tea with sweet n low or equal.
Apple juice or Cranapple juice
Gatorade ( any flavor)
Kook-Aid or wylers with Neutra sweet ( any flavor)
Crystal light with Neutra sweet( any flavor)
So my question is would you drink diet Snapple apple juice or should I just stick with water !?
i wouldn't drink any of it because; 1) i don't like juice (and it has too much sugar), 2) i don't like gatorade (and it has too much sugar and sodium) and 3) i don't like chemicals (so nutrasweet, equal, sweet n low and splenda are out).
have water with lemon and/or lime, or brew herbal tea and add lemon or stevia if you want sweetness.
I'm not much on juice drinks however if he allows it be careful of the sugar in them. Same with Gatorade, although they have the G2 it does have calories and carbs where the Powerade Zero has none and neither does the Sobe Water and a few other flavored bottle drinks.
Some do much better with flavor than plain water. Same goes with temperatures of liquids so if one gives you trouble try it at a different temperature.

I can have milk, but I don't drink it very often.

I would absolutely go with the Diet Snapple (no matter the flavor) over some of the other drinks on that list. My doc recommended Diet Snapple Raspberry Tea to his patients who were having problems staying hydrated because he felt it was the best-tasting, low-calorie, non-water drink out there that seemed to be tolerated well by a majority of his patients. However, if you can tolerate water, that might be the best for the majority of the time.

I was never allowed juice, but I drank a lot of room temp sugar-free drinks that first week or two. I can't do artificial sweeteners (they make me sick), so everything had to be stevia, which limits things quite a bit. But I wanted that little bit of flavor since I wasn't eating anything!
