2 Great Recipe Sites - Pumpkin Bread tonight..Yum!

If you haven't checked these pages out already, I highly recommend you take a look. Both Nik and Shelly are successful members of this site, so they "get it". With free time on my hands because of  the Gvt shut down, I decided to rattle around in the kitchen tonight. I finally made Niks Pumpkin Bread and it was so worth the fight at the White House.  I decided to put it in 3 small loaf pans, so I could freeze part of it. I over cooked it a bit, so I know what to do next time. Still it was GOOD...Delicious and filling (pictures below)!
