Happy Birthday to Me
I'm 40 today and can honestly say I'm in the best shape of my adult life. I was always overweight borderline obese in high school, but I was still in pretty good shape because of all the sports I played. I went downhill in college. I mean who knew beer and pizza were so unhealthy? 
it's a nice present to myself to ring in 40 and be healthy. I feel 20 years younger today than I did on my last birthday!
