I have a bad cold with sneezing and was wondering if I could take NyQuil? Thanks so much

I think it might have alcohol in it and nothing for your cold. That is what I heard! Allison

NyQuil, Tylenol Cold & Sinus, and Mucinex are all fine for us to take for colds.

I have taken it but beware--with me at least, the impact of the sleep factor went up about 100%!

I find DayQuil helps without putting me flat on my back. Unless flat on your back is what you seek...and then NyQuil is the thing! :)

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
