3 week long stall

I've stalled for five weeks, some times three weeks. I've just now broken my stall! I've been bouncing from 213 to 210 for three weeks but now I'm 208! Almost ONEDERLAND!

I'm in the same boat. I've been the same weight for 2wks now but at just over 4months, this is my first stall. I realize it's normal but I'm going insane! I haven't worked out too much up until this point because I need surgery on my knee and my knee doctor told me to baby it. The past week, I just put my brace on and pop a couple tylonal and power through it. Either I walk at a fast pace for an hour or walk for 30mins and then weight lift for 30mins. But then I'm like nothing is changing so why am I killing myself?!? AAAHHHHHHhhhhhhhhh!
