Starting to like the gym...weirddddd
I just got home from my 3rd day in the gym this week. Today the menu had a 5k workout (30min) and an additional 30 minutes of walking for a total hour of cardio. I was somewhat dreading the second half of the workout, the first half is running/walking so it goes by fast and I enjoy it. But being on the treadmill for an hour just makes me think of all the other better things I could be doing. I don't work, and I dont have any children. So really I dont have much else to be doing and an hour out of my day wont kill me. I have to remind myself that. That I really dont have anything better to do. (Except shopping, shopping is important but I can't do it ALL day everyday) So anyway, I just finished my post workout protein smoothie. I've decided that plain greek yogurt is protein enough for me in my shakes, every protein powder ive tried makes me nauseous, and using a cup of plain greek yogurt is 23g of protein. Id say thatll do.
