Im starting a video journal on YoutTube. Im excited about this journey and cant wait until the day I can go back and say "look at how far Ive come!"
Ill be including body shots, pics, and just info from start to finish!

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
