At my support group people comment they can eat half of one. I have not heard anyone say they have eaten the whole thing.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
I have eaten the 6 inch flat bread before. I am 2.5 yrs out. The flat bread is much easier for me to eat than the normal bread. Usually I do turkey toasted so I don't have to add the mayo. that cuts down on the calories. This is an occasional treat for those days I have to eat out and am tired of the normal salad or chili. I am not sure I could have done that at 11 months out.
If you are craving a sandwich you might try the flat out bread. I think that is the name. I tear it in half and make a wrap. It is pretty good. Not subway good....but that is asking a little much.
I agree completely. I can eat a 6 inch whole wheat toasted....I eat 1/2 of it and then eat the other 1/2 in a hour or two....and a 380 calorie meal seems completely reasonable for a grown man! The stats aren't that horrible, but if you can get in the habit of ditching the mayo and sauces, that will make it even better.
Remember, you are going to be able to eat more as time goes on....and you will need to! I eat about 1,800-2,000 calories every single day!
