That's so amazing! I keep seeing people losing over 100lbs the first month. I hope I'm in the same boat as you all. Any tips you can share?

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

No Tips, just fallow your plan, get in all your water, ptoten, vitiams and walk. Dont stress the stalls, they gonna happen. It all works out in the end. Best wishes to all on there journeys. If any one wants to add me on fb hear is my [email protected].. I have a hard time with friends on OH, as I just have my phone. Just put you are from OH. Always good to have more friends.

Are you 125.6 pounds down SINCE your surgery date or does this include the pre surgery diet loss? I'm a slow loser...14 months post surgery loss 90 lbs. I was 240 when I had surgery. I want to lose 20 more pounds. My weight loss slowed down so much after 6 months and I had several long stalls over a month and one was 3 months without the scale moving. It's been a slow journey for me but a very good one with no complications so far.

The 125.6 is total. I had to lose 27 pounds before.

There is a big difference in what you loose before surgery!  I wish people would stop doing this or make it a point to clarify that the weight loss includes what you lost before surgery too.

You still have a long way to go and can lose a lot more! You're doing a great job.
