sugar question
There are different types of sugar, yes. But it is still sugar. The fructose in fruit might affect you the same way as the sucrose in a cookie and it might not.
Have you eaten other things with fructose, like a piece of fruit? How did that affect you?
What about lactose, the natural sugar in milk? Does that affect you the way sugar in a cookie does?

That's an awful lot of sugar for a "naked" juice! I would double check the ingredients for added sugar.
Many people have no trouble with natural fruit sugars, but some do. Have you ever had issues with fruit, especially those with higher sugar content? i would suggest trying the fresh fruit first (since sugary liquids will hit you much more quickly, and --some say -- harder than solid sugary food). I can personally drink more sugar in fruit juice than I can eat of processed sugar before feeling icky.
I would also recommend trying just 1/4 -1/3 of a serving of th juice at first to see how it goes.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
I guess it depends on serving size. One cup of OJ has 21 grams sugar and one cup apple juice has 24 grams sugar.
