Recommendation for B complex supplement?

Can anyone suggest a good generic B Complex supplement? I've been taking the Celebrate ones but I'm almost out and was hoping to find one that is easier to get and hopefully less expensive. We have a Costco, Kmart, and various drug stores (Walgens, CVC) in our area. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Most store brands should be fine.  Read the label to make sure it has thiamine (b1), because some B complexes don't for some reason.

Ok, thanks! I'll be sure to check that. I know some store brand multi vitamins don't have everything we need so I didn't know if it was the same for B complex.

You need to always read the label.  And I mean the list of ingredients, not just what it says in big letters.  There are some brands of multivitamins that say "complete" on the label that are really missing a bunch of things, some brands that say "bariatric" that are missing a bunch of stuff or have types of calcium or other minerals we can't actually absorb, all sorts of crazy stuff.  The easiest thing to do might be to just compare the label of the store brand to your celebrate bottle.

Good idea. I'll take a picture if the ingredients on my phone and take that with me so I can compare them.

Target has one that I got...Nature Made I think...is a high potency B Complex with 100 mg Thiamine.  It has 360 pills so a year supply for $16.

It comes down to a simple question: what do you want out of life, and what are you willing to do to get it?

Great, thanks. I know I've seen the nature made brand around town.

Wellesse makes a liquid one that is not too bad. I still take a B-12 sublingual with it.
