A1c update

I went to my Endocrinologist today. We checked my A1c. It was 7.1 which is awesome i went from 9 to 7,1 in a month. I;m happy now I can relax knowing its low enough to have my surgery 1-13-2014. Thanks for all your support and ideas about getting my level down it worked.

the edema is not that bad now but im on a water pill. I think the surgeon is going to take me off the water pill so i don't get dehydrated.

YAY FOR YOU! I had wondered if you'd be able to hit that much of a drop! WHOO HOO!

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
