TOM munchie strategies

At the age where I am most likely moving into that pre-menopausal phase. Finding lately that on the day before and on 1st day of my period I just want to eat. Not craving anything specifically but just want to eat and eat and eat. Trying my best to make good choices but interested to hear if anyone out there has any specific strategies for dealing with this.

Jerky. Low calorie, high protein and it takes a long time to chew each bite. Just work it into your daily allotment.

Lapband surgery in 2009 -  Revision to RNY August 13, 2013 with gallbladder removal.

HW - (260)   SW - (197)   GW - (135), updated on 1-2-14 to 125lbs  HT 5'5"  Goal reached 3/2/14-revised goal to 120 on 3/9/14   reached 4/6/14

I buy cereal for when I want a treat.  Honeybunches of oats.  I can't really eat cereal but I will during that time, I am right there with you are the pre menopausal phase.  I like crunchy things, hence the reason I eat undercooked brown rice everyday.
