6 months out with pic
So I am now 6 months out! I cannot believe how fast it went by!! So I lost 92 lbs so far!! I am so happy with my results!! Only 37 lbs to go until goal number 1!! So exciting!!! I am still not able to join a gym because everytime I am about to do so something goes wrong. I had all my allergy problems and now even with all my stitches removed (even the internal ones) my incision open up again!! I am also with tendinitis on my knee and will have to have my gallbladder removed but even so I couldn't be happier about my decision to have surgery. I never thought that I would be able to have a healthy relationship with food and knowing I can control myself is a wonderful feeling. I still struggle with sweets but I manage to resist them most of the times. Here is a before and after pic to help me (and maybe others) stay motivated!

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
