Another thought on stalls

Wish they would have happened when the scale was going up!
HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
They probably do happen when gaining weight. I don't know about you, but when I was gaining a lot of weight, I almost never got on a scale so I probably wouldn't have noticed a stall. Seems like people want to get on the scale at least once a day when they are losing weight but I sure did not want to get on it that often when I was gaining! But I don't think I gained steadily, like X number of ounces a day every single day. I gained a few pounds, stayed there a bit, then gained a few more.
