I've lost 48 pounds total now!

Hi all, I saw the Doctor this morning and he was very happy with my progress.  I've lost 11 pounds in two weeks since my surgery.  He set my new goal weight at 201.5 to give me a 70 % loss of excess weight.  I still plan to try to get to around 170 to 180 pounds.  I feel good but will stay out of wor****il March 5.  I see the Doctor on March 4 to be released to full duty.  Gonna go fishing this weekend and make the most of my time off.  Been walking some and feel good.  Hope everyone is having a great week.
