Well I've lost 80 lbs. (82 to be exact) and I'm stuck! Nothing has come off in about a month! What to do?!?

You are doing great--it will start coming off again! :)

Stick with your plan.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Wow.  You look fabulous.  Don't fret about the stall.  Keep doing what you're doing.  I feel you--I haven't lost anything since February 10th.  But that's just our bodies adjusting.  Eventually things will get moving again.  Best of luck!

Lookin good!! Don't worry, it will keep coming off, it slows down so much though as we get closer to goal.

WOW! You look fantastic! Total inspiration!

I was at a group thing the other day and their was a gal with something similar to what you're going through and the overall advice was to temporarily drop dairy and breads (not so much portion size, just what's in each portion,) increase fiber, and add a five-minute higher-intensity "warm up" to what exercises you're already doing. Haven't done it myself, but everyone else there nodded and agreed when the options came up. (I'm taking notes for myself later down the road!)

Best of luck to you! :)
