Not loosing
First, 24 pounds in three weeks is awesome! Good job!
Now, if you search the boards, you'll see lots and lots of posts about the three week stall. Many people experience a brief time of no weight loss while their body recalibrates at this point. Stay on your plan, make sure to keep your protein and fluids intake up, and you'll soon see the scale moving again.

Stalls will happen. They are stressful and very disappointing but they are part of losing. Remember your body has gone through a tremendous change and it will take time to adjust. Keep doing your best and drink water and get your protein in while exercising and you will lose. BELIEVE. YOU WILL AND CAN DO THIS!
“Let someone love you just the way you are – as flawed as you might be, as unattractive as you sometimes feel, and as unaccomplished as you think you are. To believe that you must hide all the parts of you that are broken, out of fear that someone else is incapable of loving what is less than perfect, is to believe that sunlight is incapable of entering a broken window and illuminating a dark room.”― Marc Hack

You said " it seems I am not loosing anymore than that" and I can't decide if you mean you've stopped losing or you don't think you've lost enough weight for 3 wks. Either way here's two answers.
OK, you have averaged 8 lbs a week which is GREAT! If you think you have stopped losing weight entirely then you are in a stall. My stall began at 4 wk post op. I was losing weight similar to you. My stall lasted close to 8 weeks which I found totally depressing. I'm losing again and doing well. Your doing fine.
I am two months out and on my second stall. I find I lose well for about 2 weeks and then stall for two to three weeks. My Surgeon tried to accuse me of cheating on the diet when he saw me at one month out. I am stuck in the upper 220's right now. I'm not worried I know in a short period of time my body will lose again. Hang in there and try not to get frustrated, it will all come off if we stick to the program.
