I have a question. I go in for surgery next week. I expect to spend two days in hospital and then out the door. I live a long way from the hospital and so have booked a hotel about a block away. How well could you walk on day three. I could take a taxi but I thought I'd try the short walk. opinion?
Hi Gerry. I'm not sure I would count on walking that block. I was walking in the halls frequently but still.....You will most likely be able to judge how you feel once you have the surgery. Will you have someone with you? Best of luck to you with your surgery!
