Home and At Goal
So I did really well - had 2 days where I ate a little more than typical when we had group dinners, otherwise, I exercised all but 2 days, and when I weighed this morning, I lost 2lbs so am at goal. The best part of the trip WLS-wise is the fact that I didn't have my crap band. Every time I flew with that band it would tighten up so bad on me that I couldn't even drink, and would have to get an emergency unfill somewhere. No problems now!!
Anyway, I tried to log in every day for inspiration and to see what was going on. Now I'm on vacation for 3 weeks so hope to get a little more active on this site. Hope you all have had great success in your own journeys, and I welcome all the newbies to 'the bench' and look forward to hearing more about your journeys.
What a great thing to find when you get home...or, rather, to NOT find: those last two pounds! CONGRATULATIONS on getting to your goal!

CONGRATULATIONS! WELCOME HOME, TOO!
“Let someone love you just the way you are – as flawed as you might be, as unattractive as you sometimes feel, and as unaccomplished as you think you are. To believe that you must hide all the parts of you that are broken, out of fear that someone else is incapable of loving what is less than perfect, is to believe that sunlight is incapable of entering a broken window and illuminating a dark room.”― Marc Hack
