So I have a couple of weeks to go on the full liquid/pureed diet and I am growing tired of the yogurt, cottage cheese, creamed soup, babyfood meat rotation. So I made a small batch of chicken chili, added some low fat shredded cheese and one packet of Unjury unflavored protein and pureed the whole thing. That was the best 2 tablespoons of pureed stuff I've had yet! Then I realized that My Fitness Pal has a recipe section so I entered it in and it calculated the nutritional value of the dish. Of course the closest I could come to an accurate portion was 1/4 cup but it was ballpark anyway. This should really come in handy once I am eating solid foods and am cooking more.
