Congratulations!  Sounds like you are really embracing your new healthy lifestyle.  That is the key to success, knowing you never can repeat the mistakes of the past that got you MO in the first place.

Keep up the good work!

This post is just so encouraging! I'm a few weeks away from surgery, and sometime I get a little nervous from hearing the negative stories. Reading posts like this really encourage me.

I felt the same way. The closer it got the more nervous and unsure I was. Then I would read a negative story.

I knew I had a choice. I chose to believe it was going to work out for me. I was going to stay strong, stay positive, and stay focused.

Learn all you can and follow your plan.

best wishes!

Thanks everyone! This is such an amazing journey! I feel myself being built back up with every pound I lose. I hope this trend continues. I just take it one stage at a time and one day at a time. I do the best I can each day to take care of myself.i get up early and get started with water and vitamins. This is such a wonderful life changer.

A Big Applause for you! I am so happy for you!

“Let someone love you just the way you are – as flawed as you might be, as unattractive as you sometimes feel, and as unaccomplished as you think you are. To believe that you must hide all the parts of you that are broken, out of fear that someone else is incapable of loving what is less than perfect, is to believe that sunlight is incapable of entering a broken window and illuminating a dark room.”― Marc Hack
