I had surgery in June 2012, besides for having occasional low blood sugars, no other complication...except....I am FREEZING (hands and toes) almost all the time. I get regular exercise. Does anyone else have this, or am I just crazy??

It's funny that you mentioned a change in body temperature.  I thought I was just being a little nutty but I feel like I am suddenly always a lot warmer than I use to be.

you and I are to rare occurrences. Most people get cold. I got hot and stay hot - overheated - especially after a meal..

But most people complain about freezing..

I was most definitely a hot person before surgery.  Now I am always cold.  I'll take it though.  I love not being hot and sweaty all the time.  It is hard to get used to carrying a sweater everywhere though.

I was so cold after my surgery in December that I wore a hat in the house, most of the winter.  Now that the weather is warming up, I am more comfortable, but still chill easily.

I was always hot natured before my surgery. Now, I'm freezing. All. The. Time.

This might be the first summer on record that I actually enjoy!

I hope i take after you. I haven't had my surgery yet but now I'm always hot since i am going through menopause. I had the fan going all winter long. My husband thought i was nuts. He's always cold but to go near him i swear his body throws off heat. Some times i can't even give him a hug or a kiss before bed because of the heat raidianting off his body.

I'm the same here pebtash. I have the fan on while sleeping with no covers.  My husband is bundled under the comforter. He is like a smouldering lump of heat radiation.

You can always put more clothes on, but there's only so much you can take off.

I went from always being hot to sometimes getting cold when no one else it, especially my hands and feet.
