It's Happened...
I had an episode with chicken. I was thinking the same thing, nice and moist. I had terrible pain for several hours after eating it, then threw it all up. My dietician says poultry has a lot of fibers which can cause our new digestive systems problems. She said the best way to be sure is to chop it pretty finely in a food processor. To this day I haven't had poultry again. Bad memories.
Terrible feeling hope it doesn't last long. I can't throw up since WLS so I usually have to wait it out however I have had to resort to making it come up a couple of times. Try walking that usually seems to help more for me.

The foamies are horrid. This happened once with turkey, and once with pork. It's a tough lesson. Hope you feel better.

I know you don't want to throw up, but it might help you faster if you did. I'm not saying to induce it, but maybe not prevent it. When I got chicken stuck my first time, I suffered and suffered, trying not to throw up. It wasn't until I threw up that things started feeling better.
Good luck!
