"Foamies"
Kinda makes you feel like this, doesn't it?
Except not as cute.

Foamies happen (usually) because you've eaten something without chewing it well enough or you've eaten too fast. The saliva you swallow comes back up mixed with a little bit of digestive juice, but instead of being just liquid it's foam, just like the name implies. And there can be a LOT of it! It's mildly uncomfortable, certainly can be a little disturbing, but not dangerous. It definitely helps you remember to chew, chew, chew and slow down!
