Most bariatric surgeons have them. Just call the ones near you.

There are 2 I know of in Birmingham. They are on the weekend so it would be drivable albeit a long drive. I go the the one at St Vincent's East. Trinity has one as well. I know Cullman has at least one Bariatric surgeon. They probably have one at the hospital. I am sure Huntsville would have one too.
