lost 5 pounds month 5 after zero month 4? lost 50 first three months

I need to lose 50-60 more pounds. I am meeting with a nut tomorrow.

I upped my calories to 1,000 as directed because I was thought to be losing too fast then told I would have a month with no loss. But month five with five pounds seems wrong.

I can only walk as I still have a broken foot. I keep track of food and have been eating out twice weekly during meetings but less than a cup of food and things on my list. Any advice is welcome.

Stop worrying;  your body will stall at intervals.  It's entirely normal and when it's ready, you'll start losing again.

1,000 calories is a little higher than most are eating at 5 months, but plans vary a lot.

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

M1 -24; M2 -21; M3 -19; M4 -21; M5 -13; M6 -21; M7 -10; M8 -16; M9 -10; M10 -8; M11 -6; M12 -5.
