Milk Issues
I did ok with yogurt, but couldn't (and still can't) use milk at all - it made me feel really sick and gassy! I believe I've read that lactose intolerance can develop for some RNYers.

Have you tried taking the Lactaid pills right before you consume milk? That helped me tremendously. They have chewables that I used to use daily, and now I don't need them at all.

I could not tolerate milk or yogurt post op for the first couple of months. I had to use the light vanilla soy milk. After about 3 months I could tolerate it again. This included anything milk based, like creamed soups, etc. So glad I can drink a little milk and eat greek yogurt again :)
No issues with yogurt or cheese but if I try to have any form of milk(organic, no fat, etc) I instantly throw up. My new pouch does not like milk....
