After a 3 year wait from initial application - including 6 months of classes - I finally have a surgery date!
JUNE 23 is marked in all caps on my calendar! I look forward to joining all of you on the Loser's Bench!
Wow...that's a long wait; is that common in Canada?....anyway...the wait is almost over...I'm about a week ahead of you here is to our future health.

It varies from province to province, but three years is not uncommon if provincial health insurance is paying.Cheers to our future health, and good luck to you!
