possible stall?

I had my surgery exactly 5 weeks ago.  Since about week three I haven't lost anything.  My calories are about 600 a day, sometimes a little more or a little less.  I'm currently getting about 90 grams protein per day.  I've been reading about the "3 week stall" on here so I guess it's to be expected.  I guess I just wanted to whine about it! Lol someone please tell me it will be ok! :) Should I be doing anything differently or just ride this out? I was a lightweight to begin with and have less than 40 more lbs to go.  Any comments or advice is greatly appreciated.

Just ride it out...the 3 week stall is a thing! I experienced it and it took about until week 5 for things to really pick up again. I lost a tiny bit from weeks 3-5, but not much. As you start feeling better, up your activity and make sure to get as much water in as you can!

You're doing awesome with the protein, so keep that up as well!

I had 3 stalls since my surgery 2 months ago. It will pass.  Just keep up with fluid and protein intake.

It's normal and frustrating. I was a lightweight too. Hit my stall at just under 3 weeks and it lasted almost 3 weeks with even some weight gain. Keep to your plan and put the scale away. This, too, shall pass.

Thanks everyone for the help.   I'm just a little frustrated, but I will keep doing what I'm doing and press through!

I am 5 months out this week.  I have weeks where I drop a lot, weeks when I don't drop, weeks when I go up and down a pound or two, and weeks where I steadily drop.  I am learning to "ride the ride" - it's all good and the scale is headed in the right direction.  You are doing great!  Keep on keeping' on!

I am 7 weeks out and have only lost like 25 lbs.  they are slowly coming off.  I too am a lightweight and lost 40 lbs before my surgery. Would like to lose another 50 to goal.  My friend had her surgery 5 weeks before me and she has lost 50 lbs.
