18 Months Post-Op

It has been 18 months since I went under the knife. I have now steadied out right around 170 pounds - 30 below my goal weight, but I am NOT complaining! I now feel comfortable enough to go looking for new clothes (as opposed to thrift shopping for clothes I may not fit next week, lol). All this just in time for my 40th high school reunion. A shout out to my great care takers, Dr. James Classen, nurses Donna and Rebecca, the staff at Village Surgical, and friends and family for the support that helped me find my way from the "depths" to a new life. Thank you all SO much for your guidance, friendship and support!
