Miralax and ankle swelling
Lapband surgery in 2009 - Revision to RNY August 13, 2013 with gallbladder removal.
HW - (260) SW - (197) GW - (135), updated on 1-2-14 to 125lbs HT 5'5" Goal reached 3/2/14-revised goal to 120 on 3/9/14 reached 4/6/14 
I don't think so. I googled side effects of Miralax and found things like cramping, nausea, diarrhea, dizziness and sweating, but nothing about swelling in the ankles or elsewhere. You could ask your pharmacist, though.

I take that 3-4 capfulls a day and I did not noticed thast reaction. If nothing else - Miralax pulls water into the colon so it also acts like diuretic.
Leg edema sometimes is caused by very low protein level.. How is you proteins intake ? When was your last blood work?
