Surgery was yesterday and I just finished my second walk of the hallway this morning. I had some gas issues during the night, but other than that feeling better than expected. So glad to finally be post-op!!!

Congrats! That walk post surgery is so important, but for me it was so hard. I am now exactly one week out and I must be the biggest baby because I'm still achy. I hope yours is so much better than mine, because you are starting out SO well.

Each time I go back to my Center for Weight Management, I go to the second floor to make a couple celebratory laps in the same patient hallways I was freed from SMO. Keep walking Mimi2Konnor!
