I say NO stalls because I only weigh at the surgeons office so I don't live by the numbers and freak over the natural ups and downs.

I have spent my whole life worried about a size or what the scale read instead of focusing on living

and taking care of myself with a healthy plan,

Everyday is a gift.......

It really is refreshing to know that the scale is no longer going to move upwards as long as we follow the rules. I feel like I have been freed since my surgery. Congratulations on losing those 84 lbs. This is just the beginning! It just keeps getting better!
