Ouch. Drank my V8 too fast

Well I was going to eat supper at 6pm but I had a 12oz v8 at 5-5:30 and I quit drinking but I feel crappy.  I think I drank too fast. I had the chills really bad while taking a shower.  And I thought it was going to come up. Just waiting for the end result or till I feel better to eat my supper. Have to get in my protein in.

I am 16 days out and need to slow down ugh I think I am going to be sick.

A quick google search shows 15 g carbs (12 g of sugar) in a 12oz V-8.  Not sure what your NUT has told you to drink, but that's about a third of my daily carb limit now (nearly 3 years out), much less 16 days out.  I wasn't even allowed tomatoes for for a few months after surgery if I remember rightly.  On days I take long bike rides, I double my carbs, but only only then...

I suspect you dumped a bit...

I am not your nutritionist or doctor, but I'm just sayin'... water, water, water.

Wow didn't realize it had that much sugar. I usually only drink a small one.  Well I know now and will stick to water. I just wanted to get my veg fix. But not no more. I am done with V8. It was on my list but I guess that case of V8 will be sitting there. I can make chili for the family with it.

I still feel bad and not sure if I am even going to eat supper. If I do it will be late.

I was told that v8 is fine as long as it is the no sugar one

Ouch, one of those not so gentle reminders to read labels. Hope you are feeling better by now.

Still vomiting, I need to read what to do when your dumping.  I will not make that mistake again, I will be reading all labels even if I had it before.   My tummy hurts so much.  I have been following all instruction working out 1 hour each day.  Just walking on the treadmill, elliptical  and bike to equal 60min.  Just need to read,  I have gluten allergy and corn you would think I would read.  I learned a lesson real early and I won't forget.

It's not drinking too fast, and there are a few things it might be. Just don't do that anymore.
