I am officially retired. My last workday was yesterday, and life couldn't be better. I took the entire month of June off, went back to work for 2 days, then retired after over 34 years with Chevron. Great company, terrific ppl, but my hubby has been retired now for over 3 years and it is just time for me to join him. In June, I went on 2 traveling vacations, and overall, with minor food deviations that I paid the price for, stayed on plan both for eating and exercise. I hit 112lbs on May 25 and I weighed 112lbs this morning. Since May, I have fluctuated about 3 lbs but I keep going back to 112. So I think this is where my body wants to stay, at least for now. I'm. To trying to lose anymore weight, so if I can travel, play, go off plan once in a while, and maintain, I'm happy. Life is so much better being thin and healthy. I just wanted to share my status with you all. I still post a monthly blog, but with Summer Travels I'm not always as active posting as I was. I do try to read a lot of posts and welcome new members and they start their journey. Happy Summer!!
