Gastritus

I am a little over 2 years out and find myself with terrible stomach pains. Went to the ER and they said it was gastritis. It seems that everytime I eat something with gluten I get this awful pain. Has anyone experienced this and is this something that I will have to live with forever?

Hi. I share your pain!  I am i1 1/2 years out and have had colitis /ibs for years. Just recently coming out of a nasty flare up. I can tell you what helps me. Stay away from caffeinated  drinks,take  apple pectin caps if you have the runs, also  product called INTESTINEW is wonderful for calming the gut.  Take a good fiber supplement, in general, but wait until it all calms a bit. I take something called FiberSmart.  Hope this helps. Feel better.
